The 3 bedroom/2 bath home at Old Baily offers great accommodations for visitors to our part of southern Oregon. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a twin bed. The kitchen has most basic appliances, utensils, and table settings. Washer and dryer are provided.

The farmhouse is not provided with telephone, television, or internet service. A real vacation setting!
We rent only as a unit so you will not be asked to share the premises with others not in your family or group.

The land features miles of trails that take you through majestic forests, oak woodlands,
lush pastures, over creeks, and offers incredible views.

Pet Policy: We love animals, but due to the presence of livestock it is difficult to accommodate guest pets.

Location:

Located in one of the secluded "100 Valleys of the Umpqua" river system, it is easily accessible being just 8 minutes from
Exit 142 (Metz Hill) off Interstate 5. The Old Baily is 25 minutes north of Roseburg and 50 minutes south of Eugene, Oregon.

The nearest airport with scheduled service is in Eugene. Portland airport is three hours drive to our north.
Private aircraft can be accommodated at Roseburg.

The rural area is primarily dedicated to forest and forest products, livestock grazing, and to production of the many excellent Umpqua Valley wines.

Rental Rates:
One bedroom occupancy     $75.00 per night
Two bedroom occupancy      $90.00 per night
Three bedroom occupancy   $100.00 per night

We require a deposit of the first two nights rental upon making a reservation.
Payment in full is to be received not less that 7 business days before arrival.
We accept PayPal, but cannot accept credit or debit cards.
Refund in full will be made for cancellations received 5 days before scheduled arrival.
