Judge's comments: I'm starting this class of yearling does with this chocolate doe. She has more length and width in the twist and is more balanced then the tri standing below her and has a more level rump.

Judge's comments: This tri-colored doe in 2nd has a good depth of body and good muscling for her structure.

Judge's comments: I'm starting this class of two year old does with this long coated black doe. It is very hard to judge a long haired goat in a photo; however, the photos shows that she is wide in the chest floor and wide from thigh to thigh, has a long level topline, and is standing on good bone density.

Judge's comments: 2nd place will be my red and white tri-colored. She has the best balance and muscle of the does standing below her. I do feel the profile picture is hurting her chances to win this class.

Judge's comments: This half black doe will be 3rd. She just isn't as balanced as the does standing above her.

Judge's comments: 4th place is the red headed doe. She has a more level top line than the does below and stands wider behind. I think if the owner clipped off her mane, she would show better.

Judge's comments: This red doe has a good depth of body. She just does not have the levelness in the top and the proper blending in the shoulder to move her higher.

Judge's comments: This tan doe will be in 6th place. She has the depth of body and chest floor width. She just needs to improve her topline as she drops in the chine and she toes out in front.

Judge's comments: This black and white doe will be 7th. I think she could have really place higher if she had better pictures to evaluate her (not standing in grass and hind legs set up - her hind legs are together in all 3 photos causing her to be base narrow).

Judge's comments: This white doe lacks width of body compared to the does above her (most provolent when viewed from the front).

Class 15b - 2 1/5 to under 3 Year Old Does

Judge's comments: This red and white doe will be my 1st place for this class of two yr old does. She has the greatest depth of body width over the topline, good length of rump being the levelest in the class. I also appreciate her udder attachment.

Judge's comments: This red doe will be 2nd although she does not have the length and levelness of the rump I would like to see. She has good length of body and she has the best muscling in the hind end with a good udder attachment. I think the profile picture would have represented her better if the kid wasn’t trying to nurse when the picture was taken as she tucked up and bent to the side giving an unnatural stance.

Judge's comments: This tri-colored dow will place third as she has the most width and balance of the does below. I would like to lengthen her hip and level her rump more.

Judge's comments: This grey will place 4th. She just dosen't have the width or the structure of the does standing above her. For example, I would like to see more width in her chest floor.

Judge's comments: This black doe will be 5th. She has the longest body and hip of the does below. As a tip, posing the doe and clipping off her long hairs for future photos would help her show better.

Judge's comments: This white doe is placing above the black and white for a greater width behind and a better myo head.

Judge's comments: This doe has very good depth of body. She is just more narrow from behind than the does standing above her.

Judge's comments: I'm starting this class with this spotted doe. She has the best balance, hind end structure and front end width of the does below her. She also shows a nice udder attachment.

Juge's comments: This red and white doe will be my 2nd place doe. This doe has the best overall balance and structure of the goats below. I would like to see a longer neck for a more feminine look.

Judge's comments: This tri-colored doe will be placing 3rd. She has a long twist and is wide from thigh to thigh. However, she does not have the proper angulation in her hind legs to move her higher in the class.

Judge's comments: This roan doe will be 4th. She has more width and spring of rib than the does below her. I would like to see a better blending from the shoulder to the neck and better angulation in the hind legs.

Judge's comments: This red doe in 5th has a very deep body. She just doesn't have as strong of a topline or the width of the does above her.

Judge's comments: This light red and white will be 6th. She has a long hip from hooks to pins. She just doesn’t have the levelness in her hip or the width of body and spring of rib to move her up today.

Judge's comments: This flashy red and white doe will be 1st in this class of 3 yr old does. She has very good depth of body and length. She is in very good condition and is also winning for her overall muscling. I would like to lengthen her rump and when taking the rear shot, the owner should set her hind legs at the width dropping down from her pins to show the actual stance.

Judge's comments: This light red doe will be my 3rd place. She has a more balanced body and longer length from withers to rump than the goats below her.

Judge's comments: This black and white half belted doe has good width from behind. Today, she is too weak in the chine to move her further up the class.

Judge's comments: This red and white doe does not have the width or hip structure to move her higher in the class.

Judge's comments: This black and white doe will be my first place. She is better balanced, deeper bodied, and has a stronger topline than the two below. This doe is in very good condition as has a great myo look.

Judge's comments: This red and white doe has a nice length in her twist and good length to her body. She doesn’t have the muscling to move up in this class.

Judge's comments: This is a single entry and will place 1st. She has nice muscling and width in chest floor. I would like to see less slope to the rump.

Judge's comments: This freckled doe is my 4th place. She is a deep bodied doe with lots of width in the chest floor and from thigh to thigh. However, she ties in behind the elbow and I'd like to see more slope to her shoulder.

Judge's comments: This 5th place doe has good depth of body. I would like to improve her spring of rib in order to move her up in the class today.
