Pam Weeks, MGR
(Topaz, CA)
Judging the MGR Wether Show and FGG Futurity Show 1
After ending her career, breeding and showing Arabian horses, Pam Weeks moved to Topaz, California. In 2002, she established Fall Over Farms Fainting Goats which consisted of 1 buck and 5 does.
Her enthusiasm for the breed caused her to haul her qualifying doe, FOF Spatter, all the way to Tennessee, for the very first Myotonic Goat Registry National Show in 2010. She also
attended the first ever Myotonic Goat Judging School in order to get Certified. Several years before that, she attended the American (or International ) Boer Goat Judging School in California, in the
hopes of learning more about correct confirmation.
Pam bred and showed the first goat to earn the Fainting Goat Guild's Supreme Champion title and since then, five more of her goats have earned their titles. Fall Over Farms goats have won the
Western Regional Fainting Goat Guild Champion Buck and Doe awards for the past two years, and have won either the Buck or Doe Champion awards every year since the competition started in 2010,
(except for 2011 when a FOF doe won Reserve Champion). Five of Pams goats have earned their Permanent Champion titles with the Myotonic Goat Registry also.
Pam says she will never tire of learning about goats, and improving the quality of her goat herd.
